Today we looked at different songs and looked for lyrics which we could use for our short film. we wrote a list of different lyrics and now the next step is to start writing script and a story board

- starting: sending messages on facebook to a party, invites lots of people but on 2 turn up
- ending: girl walking down the street, sees her friend behind her and starts waving but not at him (song: usher omg)

Short film ideas

This lesson we had to decide what type of film we want to make and what about. We started off by sharing our ideas to one another, after this we started watching different genres of short films to help a get clear idea for the film. We then got into groups and spoke about if we had any ideas after watching the examples of short films

DSLR Camera

We first started this project with playing around with the camera and learning how to use them. To get the hang of the camera we started off with making a short film based on a secret we had to use the following camera shots; close up, short reverse shot, establishing shot also we had to experiment with the sound equipment.
